As a Yogini, Registered Nurse, Yoga and Meditation Facilitator, Reiki Practitioner, Sound Healer, and Wellness Advocate, I am deeply committed to sharing the transformative practices that have had a profound impact on my life.
I am passionate about guiding others to discover their own capacity for healing and supporting their journey toward complete wellness—body, mind, and spirit.
After battling anxiety, depression, and chronic health issues throughout my teen and adult years, I grew frustrated with the limitations of conventional Western medicine. Seeking alternative solutions, I turned to lifestyle changes and holistic therapies such as exercise, mindfulness meditation, and yoga to manage symptoms and enhance my overall well-being.
With a nursing background in Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Oncology, and Critical Care, I aim to integrate my clinical background with my yoga and meditation practices to guide students and patients toward a holistic approach to health.
My journey with Yoga began in 2008, initially motivated by the desire to regain strength and flexibility after having my son. What started as a physical practice quickly blossomed into a deep mental and emotional transformation. In 2015, after experiencing profound grief, my search for a deeper meaning to life led me to explore the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit.
Through yoga and meditation, I not only healed physical injuries but also discovered a profound sense of calm, joy, and presence in my life.
My personal healing journey ignited a passion for advocating for health and wellness through a holistic lens.
Initially enrolling in Yoga Teacher Training to deepen my personal practice with meditation and dive deeper into spirituality, I quickly realized that the life-changing benefits of these practices needed to be shared with others.
This realization fueled my commitment in supporting others in their own healing journeys.
Yoga has brought peace to every aspect of this life, and I am dedicated to supporting others in finding the same stillness, peace, and clarity.
My goal is to integrate Yoga, Meditation, Fitness, Nutrition, and Wellness Education, along with other spiritual practices, into my work and personal life.
I incorporate various yoga styles, including Kriya, Kundalini, Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Chair Yoga, along with Sound Alchemy, plant medicine therapy and Reiki.
My mission is to help others live purposefully, using the healing power of these practices to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
The combination of yoga, meditation, and mindful lifestyle choices have empowered me to navigate life’s challenges, helping me become a more present, grateful and peaceful, person.
Grateful for this journey, I believe that divine guidance and grace have played a central role in my path.
